Some of the responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
- Aligning internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable impact for clients.
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the full campaign lifecycle, providing performance updates and commercial insights.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with client contacts by understanding their markets and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
- Handling budget management from estimation through to invoicing, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Managing service orders and purchase orders efficiently.
- Measuring client satisfaction and implementing improvements where required.
