The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join our growing Real Estates Team working within Commercial Property, with a particular emphasis on our Charity Property work, supporting the firm’s nationally top-rated Charity practice. The successful candidate will have experience within Commercial Property. Guidance and direction are available from more senior members of the Team on more complex matters. It is encouraged that employees take ownership and responsibility for work, at increasing levels of significance in order to progress their position over time within the Team and the Firm. The role can be available in our Bath, Birmingham, or Leeds offices.

Requirements
Essential- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience of working in Commercial Property.
- Experience of running their own caseload of matters.
- Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision on more simple transactions, however guidance is available from more senior members within the Commercial Property Team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to hit the ground running.
- Commercial Property experience is essential, working with Charity institutions is desirable.
