PA to Partners and team | 12 month FTC

LRA are currently recruiting a 12-month+ FTC for a long-standing property client with beautiful offices in the west-end. A property and construction consultancy with a great reputation, low staff turnover, and lovely EA/PA team, this is a fantastic opportunity for our immediately available candidates who are happy to look at office-based roles. Seeking a committed, reliable, and engaged PA with strong interpersonal skills to support 2 busy equity partners and their wider team, the ideal candidate is likely to have 4-6+ years comparable experience, have superb attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a muck-in approach to looking after a big team with varied demands.

Working closely alongside another team assistant, this is a real linchpin role for the team, and as such, we are seeking a warm, emotionally intelligent PA who enjoys being the ‘go-to’ person and getting involved with projects and companywide initiatives.

The contract is running from July 2025 to August 2026, and the client is pitching the salary at 50K. Previous experience/exposure to property, construction or real estate is always useful, but the client is most concerned with securing a truly excellent PA with a great work ethic, positive attitude, and someone who’s a pleasure to work with.
