What you’ll need to be a great Food & Beverage Assistant:
  • To be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
  • Comfortable working within a volume led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, and level of English – both written and spoken; with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests.
  • To enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy.
  • Experience working within an environment within the consortia's of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal.
