Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain personnel records.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Help with monthly payroll (input, check, report), handling payroll queries, and checking overtime requests.
  • Manage sickness/holiday tracking.
  • Help with HR system setup and data migration (Employment-Hero).
  • Support basic ops/admin tasks as needed.
  • Assist with HR reporting.
  • Manage employee communications & documents (contracts, policy updates).
  • Pick up light facilities/admin or projects (e.g., engagement, training coordination).
  • Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns.

Working Arrangement

Full-Time, 4/5 days per week (2/4 days in office, depending on agreed days).
