Growth Strategy Manager London (5 days in the office) £80,000 This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company’s objectives. Our client is looking for someone who is comfortable with analysing market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and identifying growth opportunities to guide the company’s marketing and sales efforts. About the role Develop and execute market strategies to meet the business goals and objectives. Analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform planning. Develop data-driven market forecasts and identify emerging opportunities. Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. Define KPIs for strategic initiatives and ensure performance is tracked and analysed. Oversee the planning and allocation of budgets for strategic initiatives. Own the communication of commercial guidelines. About you Several years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and align stakeholders.
