Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and email campaigns
- Take prospects from initial curiosity to genuine interest, preparing them for handover to the Business Development Manager
- Manage your own pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent activity levels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and gain insights into their business needs
- Track and document lead interactions and progress in CRM software
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
