About our client
We are working with a leading international large-cap private equity firm with a superb track record looking to hire an Investor Relations Director or Vice President to be the product lead for their mid-market impact strategy.
What the job involves
- Act as the product lead for the firm's mid-market fund
- Project manage ongoing and future fundraising processes and service the firm's institutional investor base
- Produce compelling investor communications, including marketing materials for existing and new investors, plus materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, LPAC meetings, quarterly calls and other investor events
- Contribute to fundraising data rooms including drafting of documentation such as PPMs, case studies, DDQs and other materials
- Lead responses to technical and analytical requests from investors
- Play an active role in management of additional projects including co-investment processes
- Oversee and develop existing team members within the IR team
Who we are looking for
- Educated to degree level with experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agent or similar environment within the alternatives industry
- Prior experience and/or interest in impact investing
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Client-centric mindset and service-oriented nature
