Infused Solutions is proud to be partnered with a fast-growing fintech that is changing how people manage and move their money across both B2C and B2B markets. With strong backing and continued expansion, they are now hiring a Director of Product Management to take full responsibility for their mobile app strategy (iOS & Android) and lead a focused product team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the mobile app strategy. Define the vision, set priorities, and guide development to meet business goals and user needs.
- Manage and grow the product team. Support 3-6 direct reports (PMs/Product Owners), helping them deliver clear, user-driven solutions.
- Deliver results. Turn high-level goals into clear plans, user stories, and success measures. Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship features quickly.
- Focus on the user. Use feedback, data, and market insight to spot new opportunities, improve performance, and remove friction in the app experience.
- Work across teams. Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance, marketing, and customer support.
- Represent the product externally. Speak at events and forums to help raise the profile of the app and business.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in senior product roles within fintech, SaaS, or mobile-led companies.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, mobile UX/UI, and customer experience.
- Proven ability to lead agile product teams and improve product operations in growing companies.

Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based
