Senior Project Manager

An established and forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join their Leicester office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a respected team that continues to grow. You\’ll be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality projects across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of multiple construction projects across various sectors
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and developing long-term relationships
• Managing project budgets, timelines, risk, and reporting at each stage
• Coordinating consultant teams and monitoring contractor performance
• Supporting business development, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to team growth

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) or on the path to qualification
• Proven consultancy-side project management experience
• A track record of managing projects across more than one sector
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and clear ambition to advance into senior leadership
