A respected Microsoft Partner in the UK is looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Support / Consultant to join their growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a functional consultant or senior support analyst who thrives in a dual capacity—delivering expert user support while contributing to ERP implementation and optimisation projects.
In this position, you will provide high-quality 2nd and 3rd line support to clients using D365 Business Central, as well as participate in solution design, configuration, and rollout for ongoing consultancy projects. You'll work closely with clients and internal delivery teams, helping bridge the gap between live system support and new functionality delivery.
UK-based role with hybrid working. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package.
- Provide expert support for D365 Business Central across finance, operations, and warehousing modules.
- Assist with configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities as part of wider project teams.
- Document solutions, support logs, and process improvements aligned with best practice.
- Support knowledge sharing, user training, and ongoing client relationship management.
Strong experience supporting or consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
Good understanding of core ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, or Warehousing.
Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or multi-client support environment preferred.
