The Company
I am currently working with a fast growing global agency group that supports brands across professional services including finance, legal, and software across the UK, Dubai, and US. The business is experiencing high growth and has doubled in size over the last 12 months. They are currently expanding their marketing team and are looking for a Paid Media Manager with experience in Google Ads and ideally LinkedIn as well. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with B2B clients.
This is a great opportunity for a current SAE that is looking to step up with more involvement in strategy and planning, while also still being very activation focused.
The Job
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our goals and target audience behaviour, utilising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads predominantly.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimisation.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure cohesive campaign execution with input from creative and content.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising, and incorporate relevant insights into campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience in developing and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, preferably within an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. with significant experience in Google Search in particular.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
