We have a new and exciting opportunity in our Marketing team for an Offer Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced team and play a leading role in creating demand, reinforcing Schneider’s market position, and innovating for the future.
Your responsibilities:
- Product lifecycle management for our ACB and MCCB portfolio.
- Ensure a well-documented aligned offer strategy with the global lines and adapt and execute it locally.
- Guarantee all offers have a local playbook and operational marketing plan.
- Influence the line of business roadmaps, serving as a voice for the UK&I market.
- Enable the sales teams to win by creating and distributing training and tools that ensure we can win in the marketplace.
- Understand the market opportunities and competition and develop strong price positioning.
- Work with both marketing and sales communities to increase our ability to create strong end user preference and self-sufficient network of partners for our offers.
- Make sure that all offers are robustly launched into the market. Work closely with sales teams and deploy the appropriate training across the business to meet launch forecasts.
- Work with channel marketing and marcom to deliver campaigns to increase the opportunity pipeline.
- Master a deep offer and application knowledge, ensuring you can present comfortably in front of internal and external stakeholders.
- Position yourself as the offer and application expert, being familiar with the macro application drivers.
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure price and commercial policy are robustly deployed.
- Fully embrace digital tools for the offers, ensuring that every offer utilises appropriate digital tools for offer selection and customer use.
Skills & Experience:
- Track record of product lifecycle management.
- CIM qualification is desirable.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Prior experience in influencing cross-functional teams.
- Commercial acumen.
