What will you be doing as a Hotel Manager?

• Accountability for the resident experience, ensuring that exceptional 5* customer service is being delivered at all times by all staff
• Answering queries or complaints from residents quickly and efficiently
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard
• Ensuring the successful management of the development
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the scheme
• Overall budgetary responsibility

What are we looking for from our Hotel Manager?

• An experienced manager from a similar environment such as:

Residential accommodation / Hotels & Hospitality / Commercial building such as gym, spa, high-end offices etc / Serviced offices

• Passionate about providing customer service at the highest standards
• Experience managing a budget
• Positive, pro-active, with a can-do attitude!
