Job Title: Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) – Anaesthetics Location: London, UK Job Type: Locum We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with anaesthetics experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and check anaesthetic equipment and drugs. Assist the anaesthetist during surgical procedures. Monitor and manage patients\’ vital signs during anaesthesia. Provide post-operative care and support to patients. Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating theatre. Collaborate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals. Requirements: Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an ODP. Proven experience in anaesthetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
