Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Preventative Maintenance Technician - The Role:
Undertake planned service tasks at regular intervals on injection moulding machines and surrounding ancillary equipment to ensure all equipment is in its optimum condition to drive reliability and reduce downtime.
Preventative Maintenance Technician - Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all preventative service tasks on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment
- Complete remedial repairs within planned downtime or raise follow-on work orders
- Stop and restart machines efficiently to minimise downtime
- Maintain clean and safe work areas using a clean-as-you-go approach
- Record all service findings in the Shire system for tracking and analysis
Preventative Maintenance Technician - You:
- Strong background in maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in injection moulding and automated packaging lines
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- CMMS experience (preferably Shire Pirana)
- Strong communication and team integration skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Experience in injection moulding and automation
- Initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated and safety-conscious
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and root cause analysis (5Y, RCPS)
