Our client is a luxury residential new build company. They are looking for a Site Manager with a history of working on and completing luxury residential builds throughout London valued at £2mil+. They have a £3.5m high end new build project starting in Wimbledon that will run until circa December or January 2026. The right candidate will be offered further projects down the line.
The ideal Site Manager will have/be:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Manager working on high end residential builds
- Excellent construction knowledge
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
