This is a high-profile role where you will work closely with senior leaders, providing the commercial insight, financial expertise and constructive challenge needed to support strategic delivery. With responsibility for a  broad portfolio of budgets across multiple business area this role offers genuine scope to influence decision-making and drive business performance.

The role:

• Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial and commercial insight to guide strategic and operational decisions.

• Prepare financial models, business cases, and scenario plans to support growth initiatives and margin improvements.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting for your business areas, providing clear analysis and commentary.

• Collaborate with colleagues across finance and operations to identify and implement improvements.

• Line manage and develop a small team, coaching them to reach their potential.

• Act as a trusted adviser, influencing, negotiating and challenging to ensure robust decision-making.

About you:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).

• Proven experience in a business partnering role, with strong commercial acumen.

• Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience producing actionable insight.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Experience leading and developing team members.
