Corporate Receptionist – London Β£35,000 – Β£36,000 Full-time Permanent (40 hrs pw)

Hours: Monday to Friday, on a shift rota between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with flexibility to cover evening functions
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to join an innovative and creative Front of House team at one of our prestigious client sites in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service-driven culture that prides itself on creating exceptional guest experiences through engagement and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver an outstanding level of service to clients and visitors, ensuring all duties are performed to the highest standard.
* Create a seamless and memorable arrival experience through professional engagement and attention to detail.
* Greet internal and external guests in accordance with agreed service standards.
* Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, assisting with coats and luggage as needed.
* Respond to enquiries in person, via phone or email, promptly and professionally.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building facilities to assist and direct guests effectively.
* Support event registration and coordination, from preparation through to successful delivery.
* Collaborate closely with service partners to maintain a cohesive \”one team\” approach.
The Ideal Candidate
* Welcoming, energetic, and highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* Confident, professional, and proactive with strong planning skills.
* Ideally possesses at least one year of experience in a 5-star environment or a corporate reception role.
