We are recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a thriving organisation based near High Wycombe. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level 3rd Line support and act as the final escalation point for technical issues
- Maintain and support the server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
- Lead infrastructure-related projects, including migrations and system upgrades
- Mentor junior IT staff and support team development
- Assist with compliance efforts including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience in a similar 3rd Line Infrastructure or IT Support role
