People Advisor Belfast VANRATH Exclusive Role VANRATH is partnering with an award-winning professional services organisation, for the appointment of a People Advisor role. Key Responsibilities You will build effective and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues Ensure compliance of relevant HR legislation Support recruitment and selection campaigns Monitor, analyse and manage absence management, identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate.
