People Advisor Belfast VANRATH Exclusive Role VANRATH is partnering with an award-winning professional services organisation, for the appointment of a People Advisor role. Key Responsibilities You will build effective and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues Ensure compliance of relevant HR legislation Support recruitment and selection campaigns Monitor, analyse and manage absence management, identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate. ER, recognition and reward, performance management and development Work closely with people team to support the delivery of key objectives Provide expertise on a range of HR generalist issues The Person Degree educated preferably within HRM, Business or related subject CIPD qualified 3-5 years HR exp, ideally gained within a professional environment, (financial services, law, accountancy or similar) Strong influencing skills with ability to manage upwards The Package Highly competitive base salary, private medical and strong benefits package, with hybrid working.
