We’re working with a leading independent construction consultancy that’s delivering some of the most high-profile property projects across Yorkshire and the North. They’re now looking to bring on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Leeds office and take a lead role on projects across both the public and private sector — typically £30m+ in value.
This is an opportunity for an experienced QS who’s ready to take ownership, lead clients, and guide projects through every stage – from cost planning to final account.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering full pre- and post-contract cost management services on major property projects
- Working with a wide range of clients, from public sector bodies to commercial developers
- Leading key accounts, mentoring junior staff, and acting as a trusted advisor
- Supporting bids and business development efforts as the team continues to grow
