Location: Cardiff, Wales (with flexible working options) Steele Charles are delighted to have been retained exclusively on this, a project with this, one of the most highly respected renewables operations. Our client is building a robust, future-proof electricity network to deliver 100% renewable energy across Wales. They’re looking for a Power System Engineer to support network modelling, manage power system studies, and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly with NESO and other stakeholders. Lead network design from concept to delivery, including fault analysis and compliance updates. Conduct steady-state and dynamic studies for customer connections and system planning. Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in power system modelling and regulatory environments. Familiarity with generator/network asset modelling and NESO engagement.
