Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice who focus on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join them as an Assistant Manager with a view this individual will grow into a senior member of their transaction services team.
Responsibilities include:
- Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the project Manager/Director/Partner.
- Proactive participation in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the central marketing team as required.
- Lead teams to complete analysis and draft an appropriate report for review by the Manager/Director/Partner.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Transaction Services.
