About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing investment and wealth management firm based in London. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical operational functions, lead process improvements, and play a key role in supporting a high-performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activity across the firm
• Lead and manage the quarterly valuations process
• Supervise and mentor an Operations Analyst
• Maintain and support operational systems and third-party service providers
• Drive process improvement and automation projects
• Support internal teams with data control, reporting, and ad hoc operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an operational role within wealth management or investment management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data and operational systems (experience with SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus)
