They bring together world-class talent, cutting-edge production, and deeply engaged audiences to create unforgettable moments. Head of Marketing: They are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand and growth strategy across their portfolio of global festivals. You will be responsible for setting the long-term vision, driving innovative marketing execution, and building a globally resonant presence for their festivals — from Portugal to Miami to Ghana and beyond. Define and execute the long-term marketing vision across their festival portfolio Translate brand strategy into data-driven, culturally rich multi-channel campaigns Identify new revenue and audience growth opportunities through digital innovation, brand partnerships, and platform integrations Evolve their marketing stack to include predictive analytics and AI-driven insights Budget & Performance Own the global festival marketing budget; Define and track KPIs across ticket sales, campaign effectiveness, brand equity, and sponsor impact Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across creative, digital, media, and CRM Manage external agencies, freelance talent, and media partners globally Serve as a key liaison to sponsors, brand partners, and artist management teams Head of Marketing Requirements: ~10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in live entertainment, music, media, or global brand ~ Deep fluency in youth culture, music trends, and the global Black diaspora ~ Expertise in digital performance marketing, brand storytelling, and CRM/loyalty strategy ~
