Join our rapidly expanding Construction Crafts Faculty: Our Construction Crafts faculty is at the forefront of construction education. We provide a diverse range of further education courses and apprenticeships. These include Entry Level Qualifications, Construction Crafts Diplomas, Apprenticeship Standards, Adult Courses and a successful Schools Partnership Provision. We're seeking a passionate and innovative leader to help drive our continued growth and success.
Your Role: Make a Difference: As Curriculum Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Construction Crafts to:
- Drive effective curriculum management and achieve high standards in student learning and outcomes.
- Manage specific curriculum areas, student groups, and staff, ensuring excellence in education delivery.
- Take an active role in innovation, introducing and leading new developments to advance our curriculum and teaching practices.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone with:
- A proven track record of good/outstanding teaching, assessing or training in construction and the built environment.
- A full teaching qualification (minimum Level 5) or a willingness to work towards.
- A relevant vocational or professional qualification at Level 3 or higher, alongside industry experience and knowledge.
- Strong communication skills to inspire and support both adults and young people in achieving their learning and career goals.
- Experience in managing staff and curriculum is desirable but not essential.
