We’re recruiting for a full-time Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a growing, customer-focused retail business based in North Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail management who is confident leading teams, managing stock, and delivering operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the smooth running of all retail activities across the showroom
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Managing stock levels, orders, deliveries, and merchandising
- Using EPOS systems to analyse sales data and optimise performance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, sales, and customer experience
- Supporting recruitment, training, and development of team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a retail management or multi-site operations role
- Strong people management skills – able to coach, lead and inspire teams
- Confident using EPOS and stock control systems
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Able to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
