Senior PPC Executive (Hybrid / Remote)

Salary : £30,000-£35,000 Location : In their office in Moorgate 4 days, home-based for 1 day. A well-established international organisation specialising in training and consulting services is seeking a performance-focused marketing executive to manage its digital advertising campaigns. Operating across education, health, and social care sectors, the company delivers services in various global markets, including the UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the USA. This role is ideal for a digital marketer with hands-on experience in PPC and social media advertising. You will be responsible for managing multi-platform ad campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and supporting global growth initiatives. Create and optimise B2B PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign analysis to improve ROI and SEO. Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with content teams on visuals and messaging. Track conversions and performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Use HubSpot for marketing automation, lead tracking, and customer journey analysis. Align campaigns with regional goals and support wider marketing initiatives. Minimum of 2 years managing PPC and social media campaigns, with an understanding of SEO. Proficiency with Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and major social platforms. Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools. Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
