We’re working with a growing SaaS company that’s building innovative tailored solutions and they’re on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive to join their small but mighty team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone commercially switched-on who loves working in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of something from the early stages. If you’re someone who knows how to spot opportunities, build trust quickly, and close deals, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact through to deal close
  • Building a strong pipeline of independent organisations/brands
  • Understanding customer challenges and clearly demonstrating how the tech solves real problems
  • Delivering engaging, confident product demos and onboarding sessions
  • Helping shape sales and marketing materials that drive conversations
  • Feeding back insights from customers to help steer future product development
  • Attending industry events, webinars, and meetups to represent the brand

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s not just great at sales, but also thrives in environments where you have space to take ownership and move fast. You’ll need:

  • Essentials:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within SaaS or tech
  • Experience selling to SMBs
  • A natural communicator who’s comfortable building relationships from scratch
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and CRM effectively
  • Self-motivated and happy working autonomously when needed
  • The ability to thrive in a start-up or scale-up setting, where agility and resilience are key
  • Target-driven mindset with a real focus on results and growth
  • Nice to have:
  • Understanding of the digital tools small businesses use to manage their operations
  • Experience selling to SMBs, especially in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or similar spaces

Why This Role?

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business on the rise and work directly with the people driving its growth. You’ll be a key part of the journey, and your work will make a visible impact from day one. You’ll also get:

  • A flexible hybrid setup (2 days a week in the office)
  • A chance to build your personal brand in the industry through events and demos
  • The opportunity to be part of a mission-led company changing how beauty and wellness businesses operate

If this sounds like something you’d love, I’d love to hear from you.
