Exam Works UK Careers are currently working with a client, who is a specialist in the insurance sector, offering Legal expense insurance for road traffic accidents and public and employer liability claims.
About you:
- Are you an Account Manager with strong experience in looking after key legal firms and building long-lasting and credible relationships with your clients?
- Do you possess excellent communication and presentation skills?
- Do you have a strong understanding of selling within the Legal expenses or insurance sector, specifically looking after legal firms and commercial clients under the guidance of FCA regulations?
Our client is looking to appoint someone with existing experience of selling insurance-based products to either commercial or legal clients, focusing on "Before the event" (BTE) or "After the event" (ATE) services. You could hold experience in any of the following sectors: road traffic accidents, public liability or employer liability, financial miss-selling or housing disrepair.
This is a stand-alone position where you will manage and engage with multiple key clients, both face-to-face and virtually. For the right individual, this role is yours to make your own and to look after your own portfolio of key clients while growing the legal expenses sector of the business. You will also be looking for new business opportunities with a focus to grow the legal expenses portfolio.
Your role will be to establish and further build on the relationships with legal clients, becoming a trusted partner for their own clients, selling services and insurance products based on the above claims.
Please note due to the nature of this role: You must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel to customer locations across the country.

- Salary starting from £45,000.00 - £50,000.00

Essential experience:
- You must be an expert in your knowledge of the insurance sales sector, ideally in Before or After event services for liability claims or legal expense insurance.
- Proven experience in growing a strong customer base, engaging customers and upselling/cross-selling on services.
