La Fosse have partnered with a multinational insurance client to recruit an Enterprise Architect. This key hire will help to shape the big picture of how business and tech come together. They will work closely with senior stakeholders and other architects to align strategy, drive change, and deliver value across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and evolve overall architecture across 12 business lines
- Work with stakeholders to understand what the business needs and how tech can deliver it
- Guide and govern major change projects, keeping everything aligned
- Spot opportunities, reduce complexity, and help to enable innovation
- Mentor others and promote good EA practice
What You’ll Need:
- Solid experience in enterprise architecture (ideally in insurance)
- Strong mix of business and tech know-how
- Comfortable working in agile environments
- TOGAF or similar is a plus
- Clear communicator and big-picture thinker
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the London offices.
