Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with behavioural needs. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support student development. Participate in professional development opportunities focused on behaviour management and inclusive education. Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and resilience within the classroom and school community. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a focus on managing challenging behaviour. Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques and inclusive teaching practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
