We’re on the hunt for an energetic and proactive Process & Continuous Improvement Lead to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational excellence—streamlining financial operations, cutting waste, and boosting accuracy and efficiency across the board. You’ll partner with teams across Finance, Operations, and IT to align processes with our business goals, helping us work smarter and deliver consistently top-notch results. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the charge in process improvement by identifying, designing, and driving initiatives that streamline our finance and commercial operations.
- Boost efficiency, accuracy, and speed with measurable improvements that make a real difference.
- Champion operational excellence by setting up best practices for process standardisation and automation.
- Keep processes crystal clear with up-to-date documentation like SOPs, flowcharts, and RACI matrices.
- Use KPIs and dashboards to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to align improvements with business goals.
- Lead workshops and training sessions that embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
- Dive into data to uncover root causes of inefficiencies, waste, or risks, turning insights into action.
- Ensure all process improvements comply with financial controls, risk management, and audit standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience driving finance, operations, or process improvement success stories.
- Proven track record leading process optimisation or transformation projects that deliver results.
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus points for certifications like Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Skilled with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart, and confident in Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar.
- Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter’s 8 Steps.
- Strong governance and financial control know-how.
- Analytical thinker with sharp problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Clear, confident communicator who can engage senior leadership.
- Expert at juggling multiple projects, planning, and delivering on time.
- Team player who builds strong partnerships across Finance, IT, and Operations.
