Panoramic Associates have partnered with a Local Authority in the East of England on an exclusive basis in their search for an Interim Head of Waste and Fleet who will be responsible for all operational and strategic aspects in relation to the Councils Neighbourhood Services.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the service
- Lead on strategic development in relation to future recycling and expansion of commercial waste.
- Lead on the service transformation as part of LGR, liaise with neighbouring Boroughs and contribute to the setup of a new waste partnership.
- Establish and finalise capital programmes.
- Play a strategic role in the procurement and modernisation of fleet vehicles.
- Managing the operational functions of the service.
