What does this role achieve? We’re a fully remote start-up growing at a rapid rate—last year, we achieved 83% growth, and we’re looking to do it again. As Growth Marketing Specialist you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with both prospective and existing customers through exceptional events and customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted acquisition strategies across various digital channels, including social media and search engine marketing. By analyzing user behavior data, you will identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and optimizing customer acquisition funnels to drive effective growth outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Services you’ll be a trusted advisor for a number of clients as well as internal marketing efforts.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Acquisition Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive enrollment and event conversions.
- Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Conversion Optimisation: Identify and implement tactics to improve conversion rates throughout the customer acquisition funnel.
- Channel Management: Oversee and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and stakeholders about campaign performance and strategic direction.
What are we looking for?
- Industry Experience: Experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record in digital marketing.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing Channels: Deep understanding of SEM, social media advertising, and display marketing.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in using analytics platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM to derive insights and drive decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing approaches that align with business objectives.
