We are working with a new and exciting Automotive client to add a Chief Operating Officer to their SLT. Ideally, the successful COO will have experience at Director level in operations within an Automotive manufacturing environment, or an environment with multi-stage manufacturing processes.
The role will involve supporting heads of divisions to achieve strategic outcomes in line with the overall company goals.
As Chief Operating Officer you will also:
- Provide support to the CEO in operational duties
- Take ownership of the P&L
- Drive CIP
- Identify cost savings as well as look at incentives
- Identify ways to take good numbers to be better
