Our client, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, is seeking a talented entry-level Researcher/Associate to join their London-based team. Native-level French fluency is mandatory.

The successful candidate will support search mandates for major French corporates and leading private equity/infrastructure investors. The role involves identifying, assessing, and engaging senior executives and strategic talent for global placements:

  • ~70% EMEA
  • 20–25% North America
  • Remaining coverage in South America and APAC
