Senior Planning Enforcement Officer

This East of England-based Local Authority is seeking a skilled Senior Planning Enforcement Officer to assist with leading the Enforcement team to a low case size delivering high-quality results!
Key Responsibilities:Investigating breaches of planning control (including complex cases such as listed buildings & breach of conditions).
Drafting and serving Enforcement notices.Preparing statements for Appeals and Prosecution.
About You:
This Authority is looking for someone who has a strong background in Planning Enforcement and can hit the ground running.
This three-month initial contract expects the appointed contractor to visit the local area on a weekly basis for site visits, and has the opportunity for extension if performance levels stay high.
On offer is up to £45 per hour inside IR35 and this Hiring Manager is looking to interview immediately.
