Sales Coordinator – Manchester Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Client in the Beauty / Wellness space. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients across the UK and EU, managing customer orders, overseeing the sales support process, and executing a range of administrative duties. Customer Relationship Management: Order & Sales Processing: Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry to dispatch. Monitor and track sales orders, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and databases. Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required. Assist in the development and implementation of improved customer service procedures. Liaise with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards. Address complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary. Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a B2B or product-based environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
