The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
To ensure that my client is responding appropriately to its commitment to accommodate and support refugees under Resettlement Schemes. This includes working, in partnership, with other local authority departments, Health, Education and other stakeholders to ensure that refugees arriving in Flintshire and Wrexham are supported according to their needs. As a Resettlement Support Officer, you will provide intensive support and advice to a caseload of individuals and / or families. This role involves providing responsive, professional, user-centred support and advice working with all relevant agencies as required. This role involves working on site with service users, stakeholders and partners. There is an expectation that the post holder is able to work in an agile way and therefore the post holder will be required to take responsibility for maintaining and securing appropriate equipment. The role will involve some work with members of the public including service users and host families. The work also includes the management of confidential data systems. The post holder may be responsible for a company Cedit card. The post holder is responsible for ensuring that paper files and electronic data is securely kept and disposed of in a timely manner according to procedures for GDPR. The post holder is responsible for a mobile phone. The post holder will be responsible for delivering emergency cash payments to service users…
