• Deliveries to site from our store / yard and suppliers.
• Assisting set ups.
• Clearing sites.
• Maintaining a tidy site.
• Semi skilled works dependent on experience.

Skills and Qualifications for the Project Support Operative:

• Clean driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years construction experience.
• Promote the company’s principles, spirit, and ethos.
• Motivate employees, encourage work ethic, and resolve issues/conflict.
• Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Execute established business, tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet and exceed organisational goals with optimum use of resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance, adhering to legislation, policies and procedures.
