Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–6 years’ PQE with a well-regarded UK, City, or international employment team
• Broad experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunal and High Court matters
• Confident advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions and business reorganisations
• Excellent communication, drafting, and client management skills
• Commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
