A forward-thinking dental laboratory in Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Dental Technician with a strong background in prosthetics to join their growing team. This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility in a friendly and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricating full and partial dentures to a high standard
• Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior team members
• Supporting day-to-day lab operations with potential managerial duties
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and clinicians
• Optional: Assisting with CAD/CAM workflows (training available if needed)

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in prosthetic dental work
• Some managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is beneficial, though not essential
• A team player with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
