Senior EUC Engineer

Senior EUC Engineer to join a Local Authority based in London, this role is a day rate contract paying up to £400 per day – Inside IR35.

They are looking for someone with the following experience:

Windows Autopilot & Imaging:

• Designed, configured, and deployed Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
• Streamlined the zero-touch provisioning process, enabling scalable device deployment across multiple business units.
• Created and maintained custom deployment profiles and dynamic device grouping for targeted configuration.

Networking:

• Collaborated with network teams to ensure seamless connectivity for device provisioning.
• Configured VLANs, DHCP scopes, and network policies to support Autopilot traffic and PXE boot environments.
• Troubleshot network-related deployment issues, including firewall rules and DNS dependencies.

Server Administration:

• Supported Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Integrated Intune with Azure AD and hybrid join scenarios.
• Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and transitioned applicable policies to modern MDM frameworks.

End-User Computing (EUC):

• Delivered comprehensive support and optimization for the EUC environment, including laptops, desktops, virtual desktops (VDI), and mobile devices.
• Automated application deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, and Win32 apps.
• Implemented user-friendly support strategies to minimize downtime and enhance digital employee experience

This is all part of a project, so all experience is required.
