Approach Personnel are proud to be working with an affordable housing developer who are seeking a Site Manager to join them working on a 5 storey apartment block in Manchester City Centre. The project is still in its infancy, with the groundworks stage currently being carried out, and are looking to move to the steel frame stages in January of 2025. Day to Day: Meeting clients and managing their expectations. The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors. Working closely with Quantity Surveyors Manage the implementation of health and safety procedures. Motivate, support, and manage directly employed site staff, providing toolbox talks, training, coaching, and support as required to improve performance. Ensure site presentation is always maintained at the correct standard. Delivering all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation About You Proven experience working with lightweight steel frame apartment blocks from start to finish Preferrably NVQ Level 6 in Site Management or similar SMSTS Temporary Works Coordinator First Aid Scaffold Inspection Package Up to £56,000 per annum Car Allowance of £4,000 per annum Company Pension Holiday Entitlement This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
