As an IT Support Manager is required to provide 1st and 2nd level support in a busy organisation with multiple users.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operations

– Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners

– Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems throughout company

– Liaising with third-party Contractors when necessary to resolve technical issues

– Managing a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of dates

– Managing IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
