This leading project management consultancy who partner with some of London’s most prestigious real estate developers are gearing up for an exciting wave of new projects in 2026. Due to ongoing growth, they seek an additional Project Manager at Project Director / Director level.

The Opportunity

You’ll take the reins on high-profile cut-and-carve and CAT A schemes in the commercial sector, with contract values ranging from £25m–£200m. This is a chance to shape landmark developments, working closely with visionary clients and a highly skilled teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ project management experience within a consultancy
• Strong track record delivering projects under JCT contracts
• Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent)
• Experience delivering within the commercial or residential sectors
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
