Emerson Partners are proud to be working with a fast-growing project consultancy that’s making waves in the industry. In just 4 years, they’ve grown to 30 people across 3 offices – and now, they’re looking for a Project Director / Director level Project Manager to join their London team and play a key role in the next stage of their journey.

You’ll be working closely with a Senior Director, supported by a strong PM/SPM team, and leading new build and redevelopment projects ranging from £10m–£150m across residential, office, retail and industrial sectors. On top of that, you’ll have genuine influence in shaping the company’s future – with a clear pathway to Director level.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ project management experience within a consultancy
• Strong track record delivering projects under JCT contract and acting as Employers Agent
• Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent)
• Experience leading new build, cut and carve or CAT A within the private sector
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
