About the Role
As the Technical Manager, you will be the guardian of our food safety, quality, and compliance processes. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead the technical and quality teams, oversee audits, manage supplier and customer relationships, and ensure full compliance with food legislation and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site's technical and quality functions, ensuring BRCGS, HACCP, and customer requirements are consistently met
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits (BRC, retailer, third-party)
