The Opportunity:
What your day might look like:
- Collaborate with MD on sales and marketing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams
- Monitor lead success, conversion, and revenue
- Own the CRM platform and ensure data accuracy
- Work across departments to increase revenue and acquire new clients
- Manage departmental budget and P&L
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Demonstrate business acumen and share knowledge with teams
About you:
- At least 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in ERP software
- Proven leadership and strategic skills
- Experience managing teams and working with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and data skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, collaborative
- Excellent communication skills
